NOTES: Opening night of the second limited run with Lin-Manuel Miranda in the audience. Cheering, obnoxious laughter, a couple of side comments, Blackout and everything post-Carnaval is muffled, but overall quality is still pretty great and the cast is absolutely phenomenal.

NOTES: My first audio master so it's still a bit shaky. Recorded from the second row. Chants and instrumentation are generally different from the cast recording. There are some lyric changes: Timon says "Not in front of the parents!" in Hakuna Matata. Timon and Pumbaa say "Salamat, po." [Thank you] after The Lion Sleeps Tonight. Listen out for other small tidbits, such as "Mabuhay!" and "Magandang gabi!"

Broadway - September 19, 2018 | MP3 (untracked)

Becca Petersen (u/s Cady Heron), Taylor Louderman (Regina George), Ashley Park (Gretchen Wieners), Kate Rockwell (Karen Smith), Barrett Wilbert Weed (Janis Sarkisian), Grey Henson (Damian Hubbard), Kyle Selig (Aaron Samuels), Cheech Manohar (Kevin Gnapoor), Jennifer Simard (Mrs. Heron/Ms. Norbury/Mrs. George), Rick Younger (Principal Duvall), Iain Young (s/w Mr. Heron), Myles McHale (Coach Carr/Glen Coco/Math Moderator), Stephanie Lynn Bissonnette (Dawn Schweitzer), Collins Conley (Lizzie Therman/Caroline Krafft), Ben Cook (Tyler Kimble), DeMarius R Copes (Christian Wiggins), Kevin Csolak (Shane Oman), Riza Takahashi (Sophie Kawachi), Devon Hadsell (Caitlyn Caussin), Curtis Holland (Jason Weems), Nikhil Saboo (Marwan Jitla), Jonalyn Saxer (Taylor Wedell), Kamille Upshaw (Rachel Hamilton), Zurin Villanueva (Grace Akinola), Gianna Yanelli (Sonja Acquino)

NOTES: During “Revenge Party” there is a wardrobe malfunction. Cady’s Halloween costume would not pull off, and Grey tried 3 times, Ashley Park walks out to start the scene and she says “It's Halloween Still!” and rips the costume right off. The entire cast broke character and was laughing with the audience. Ashley Park doesn’t stop giggling until the candy cane scene.

Broadway - January 23, 2019 | M4A (untracked)

Erika Henningsen (Cady Heron), Tee Boyich (s/b Cady Heron), Jonalyn Saxer (u/s Regina George), Ashley Park (Gretchen Wieners), Kate Rockwell (Karen Smith), Barrett Wilbert Weed (Janis Sarkisian), Grey Henson (Damian Hubbard), Kyle Selig (Aaron Samuels), Cheech Manohar (Kevin Gnapoor), Jennifer Simard (Mrs. Heron/Ms. Norbury/Mrs. George), Ezra Knight (t/r Principal Duvall)
NOTES: Tee Boyich has to go on after What’s Wrong With Me due to Erika having an illness. The show stopped for 10 minutes.

Broadway - April 7, 2019 (Matinee) | MP3 (untracked) | ascreaminggoddess

Danielle Wade (s/b Cady Heron), Taylor Louderman (Regina George), Krystina Alabado (Gretchen Wieners), Kate Rockwell (Karen Smith), Barrett Wilbert Weed (Janis Sarkisian), Grey Henson (Damian Hubbard), Brendon Stimson (u/s Aaron Samuels), Cheech Manohar (Kevin Gnapoor), Devon Hadsell (u/s Mrs. Heron/Ms. Norbury/Mrs. George), Rick Younger (Principal Duvall), Iain Young (s/w Mr. Heron), Myles McHale (Coach Carr/Glen Coco/Math Moderator), Talya Groves (s/w Dawn Schweitzer), Collins Conley (Lizzie Therman/Caroline Krafft), Ben Cook (Tyler Kimble), DeMarius R Copes (Christian Wiggins), Kevin Csolak (Shane Oman), Riza Takahashi (Sophie Kawachi), Brittany Nicholas (s/w Caitlyn Caussin), Curtis Holland (Jason Weems), Nikhil Saboo (Marwan Jitla), Jonalyn Saxer (Taylor Wedell), Kamille Upshaw (Rachel Hamilton), Bria Jene Williams (Grace Akinola), Gianna Yanelli (Sonja Acquino)

NOTES: Kevin, Nikhil, Ben, and Kamille’s last matinee, and second to last show overall. Brendon’s third show as Aaron, and he’s settled into the role really nicely. This was Barrett’s first show back after being sick all week, and you can kind of tell she’s still not 100%, especially toward the end of I’d Rather Be Me. Danielle flubs a line right before the Mathletes go into Spring Fling. Devon is great as the Adult Women. Includes Cheech’s BC/EFA speech.

Broadway - April 14, 2019 | MP3 (untracked) | StarCuffedJeans

Erika Henningsen (Cady Heron), Becca Petersen (u/s Regina George), Krystina Alabado (Gretchen Wieners), Kate Rockwell (Karen Smith), Danielle Wade (s/b Janis Sarkisian), Grey Henson (Damian Hubbard), Kyle Selig (Aaron Samuels), Cheech Manohar (Kevin Gnapoor), Jennifer Simard (Mrs. Heron/Ms. Norbury/Mrs. George), Rick Younger (Principal Duvall), Brendon Stimson (Mr. Heron), Myles McHale (Coach Carr/Glen Coco/Math Moderator), Ixchel Cuellar (s/w Dawn Schweitzer), Collins Conley (Lizzie Therman/Caroline Krafft), Jake Swain (Tyler Kimble), DeMarius R Copes (Christian Wiggins), Kevin Cosculluella (Shane Oman), Riza Takahashi (Sophie Kawachi), Devon Hadsell (Caitlyn Caussin), Curtis Holland (Jason Weems), Daryl Tofa (Marwan Jitla), Brittany Nicholas (s/w Taylor Wedell), Christine Shepard (Rachel Hamilton), Bria Jene Williams (Grace Akinola), Gianna Yanelli (Sonja Acquino)

NOTES: A really energized audio taken from the first row of the orchestra! There were A LOT of movie fans in the audience and a new conductor, which resulted in some songs being hysterically out of sync for the first few bars. Becca's "World Burn" was one of the strongest I've heard her do it, and Danielle holds her own as Janis. She's taking the dialogue a bit more slowly than in the previously released audio, and she also took some of the notes down in Apex Predator. This is possibly the first released audio with replacement ensemble members Kevin Cosculluella, Christine Shepard, Jake Swain, and Daryl Tofa.

Broadway - June 29, 2019 | MP3 (tracked) | perfectlynice

NOTES: This is a few days after Taylor's return and she was incredible. Becca has a powerhouse voice and Danielle was a great Janis. Recorded from orchestra.

NOTES: Barrett, Grey, and Kate's final performance and the final performance of Mean Girls version 1.5—recorded from the front row, great audio quality!

First National Tour - November 12, 2019 | M4A (untracked)

Danielle Wade (Cady Heron), English Bernhardt (s/b Regina George), Megan Masako Haley (Gretchen Wieners), Jonalyn Saxer (Karen Smith), Mary Kate Morrissey (Janis Sarkisian), Eric Huffman (Damian Hubbard), Adante Carter (Aaron Samuels), Kabir Bery (Kevin Gnapoor), Gaelen Gilliland (Mrs. Heron/Ms. Norbury/Mrs. George), Lawrence Street (Principal Duvall), Will Branner (Mr. Heron), Will Branner (Coach Carr/Glen Coco/Math Moderator)

NOTES: English's midshow debut as Regina! Right after "Sexy" the curtain came down and audibly scared the crap out of Jonalyn. A voice comes over the intercom saying that Mariah is ill and English will be assuming the role of Regina for the remainder of the show. They took 15 minutes to make the switch and the show resumed just in time for English to sing "Someone Gets Hurt". This was English's first performance as Regina George, very crazy night at the theatre.

Christiane Noll (Diana), Darius de Haas (Dan), Devin Ilaw (Gabe), Krystina Alabado (Natalie), F. Michael Haynie (Henry), Colin Hanlon (Dr. Fine/Dr. Madden)

NOTES: A full-show, one-night concert benefit for JED Foundation, where the actors used scripts at music stands, although because Christiane Noll had recently played Diana at TheatreWorks in CT, she was off-book for most of it, and her acting was ON POINT and perhaps even better than the staged production she did. The cast had had very minimal rehearsal, so there are minor flubs/lyric mistakes. Darius de Haas may have been sick?

NOTES: A good quality audio boot of the Tuesday performance of Rent on its UK tour, including some understudies. Amazing performance by all, particular standouts were Jenny O'Leary (who's vocals were AMAZING) and Layton Williams who absolutely killed it as Angel. Chuckling can be heard during Over the Moon and the occasional sniffle here and there during Act 2. If used for trading, please list as pastelchachki.tumblr.com's master.

Billy Cullum (Mark Cohen), Ross Hunter (Roger Davis), Philippa Stefani (Mimi Márquez), Layton Williams (Angel Dumott Schunard), Ryan O´Gorman (Tom Collins), Javar La'Trail Parker (Benjamin Coffin III)

NOTES: Stunning Friday night performance from the 20th Anniversary cast of RENT in the UK, recorded with Tascam DR-05. Make no mistake, this production is an absolute revelation as many reviews have attested. The cast and the band sounded utterly incredible at this performance. Everyone on stage was having the time of their lives and the audience were lapping it up. Special mentions to Philippa Stefani (comfortably the best British Mimi I’ve seen) and Lucie Jones - both ladies were in great voice. Haunts&Hurts Master- please mark this on your list as NFT until 7 May 2017. This audio is also NOT allowed to be posted on video websites such as Youtube/Google Video etc.

NOTES: Second cover Joshua Dever's first performance as Roger.  For some reason, Mrs Davis's vocals in Voice Mail #5 were sung from offstage (unsure by whom).

NOTES: GIFT UPON REQUEST (NFT) TRACKED AUDIO A rather strange performance; the show was performed as a concert because of Toby (the writer of the show) in the role of Parr, so there was no choreography. Genesis also stepped into the role of Anna of Cleves for the third time on West End, the first and second times being in April.

Paris (Jane Seymour), Alexia McIntosh (Anna of Cleves), Aimie Atkinson (Katherine Howard), Maiya Quansah-Breed (Catherine Parr)
NOTES: Final show for Millie, Aimie and Maiya. They all got standing ovations after their songs. Maiya breaks down crying after IDNYL and Natalie can't sing the end of HOS through her tears. Aimie was crying during the final chorus of All You Wanna Do but still powered through.

Jarneia Richard-Noel (Catherine of Aragon), Cherelle Jay (alt Anne Boleyn), Natalie Paris (Jane Seymour), Alexia McIntosh (Anna of Cleves), Sophie Isaacs (Katherine Howard), Collette Guitart (u/s Catherine Parr)
NOTES: Cherelle’s Lyric debut and Collette’s first Parr show since being back. Lexi’s shorts didn’t come off in the Get Down reveal so she had to pull them off herself which caused a brief awkward moment but she styled it out well. Last time I saw Cherelle it was only her 2nd Boleyn show and she's definitely improved so much since then! Collette’s Parr blew me away and it is all I will be thinking about for the foreseeable future

Some minor plot differences and some different lyrics, and includes some songs that never made it to the show we know and love today (example: "As If By Magic" , part of a plot line that followed closer to the original novel.) No orchestra - the instrumental is just a piano backing everything. Stage directions spoken (example going into ALAYM: "Scene four, a cheap rented room."
